Drop Table Technique
The Drop Table Technique used by chiropractors around the world to help patients improve posture, gain strength and flexibility and prevent injuries. It services the entire spine through use of an adjusting table equipped with a drop system. This system quickly lowers the section of your body that corresponds with the area of the spine that’s being adjusted, which includes the dorsal, lumber and pelvic areas.
Benefits Include:
- Better posture and performance
- Improved strength
- Greater flexibility
- Improved resistance to injury
- Better sleep
- Improved ability to relax
- Less aches and pains
- Better tolerance to stress
- Better overall health
Many patients feel a warm sensation that flows to various parts of the body right after their initial adjustment is completed and achieve complete pain relief after a single adjustment.
Instrument Assisted (Impulse Technique)
Research has indicated that use of an impulsive-type adjusting instrument significantly increases spine motion during the application of multiple impulse SMTs (spinal manipulative thrusts).
CBP Technique
What makes CBP Technique different from other chiropractic techniques is how it works to structurally rehabilitate the spine and posture. The goals of CBP care are to return normal spine alignment, improve range of motion, and to improve muscle strength. With CBP, relief care is separated from structural rehabilitation. Patients initially receive typical chiropractic treatment that includes improving segments of the spine and range of motion. After a few weeks of regular care, structural rehabilitation procedures will begin that include exercises, adjustments, and traction. These structural procedures are utilized to address all the tissues involved in spine and posture alignment.
Holistic Health
Holistic health is an alternative form of medicine that aims at healing the whole body as opposed to a specific pain or illness. This includes both physiological and physical health.
Since the focus of chiropractic is to realign the spine to allow for optimal function the nervous the system, chiropractic in its basic form can be viewed as a type of holistic treatment.
When the spine is realigned, the nervous system can function better because the flow of information from the brain to the rest of the body can perform optimally. This increases the body’s ability to health itself naturally.
Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine began as a folk medicine but has evolved into a complex medical system. Herbs are a time tested remedy used to create balance in the body. Chinese medicine is the longest continuing medical practice in history with a complete listing of medicinal substances used and their therapeutic qualities unparalleled by similar practices in other cultures.
Herbal medicine treats a full range of human illness. Chinese herbs are combined in a way to enhance each other’s beneficial properties. This also allows for a variety of problems to be addressed with a single supplement instead of receiving multiple prescriptions. Hundreds of classic formulas have been published by famous doctors. Formulas are selected that will best fit the patient and, if needed, can also be modified to suite the patient’s individual needs.

Anti-Aging
As people age and start to experience back pain or stiff joints, they often decide to make an appointment with a chiropractor. A chiropractor is often the first health care professional a person decides to see upon experiencing the first signing of aging.
Chiropractic is a holistic approach to healing the body by promoting a healthy nervous system. The nervous system is the primary system within the body that controls its function and healing. When the bones in the spine are twisted or thrown out of alignment, nerve stress is caused. This disrupts how the brain and body communicate, hindering the body’s ability to heal itself. Chiropractic heals these issues through spinal realignment, thus proving it many cases to be an effective anti-aging method.
Sinus/Congestion
Chiropractic treatment helps boost immune system, thus aiding the body in fighting off colds more quickly. Chiropractic adjustments, especially in the upper cervical area in the neck, helps relieve tension in the brainstem and allows for sinus passages in the head to drain. As an aid to the required antibiotics, this release of tension and passage for sinus fluids greatly helps speed up recovery from sinus and congestion issues.
Digestive Issues
The pressure in the nervous system that results from a subluxation (spinal misalignment) can play a significant part in the development of digestive issues. The digestion and absorption of important nutrients and liquids can be hindered by the pressure a subluxation causes. Chiropractic adjustments align the spine and is used to treat subluxations.
Numbness
Through a physical examination and reviewing a patient’s medical history, doctors can work on discovering the source of numbness or tingling their patient may be experiencing (further evaluations may also be necessary). Often a doctor may find that their patient can benefit from chiropractic care. Conservative chiropractic care can often treat most cases of numbness and tingling.
